Campaign Profit Calculator
Reconcile delivery, advertising and other campaign expenses against revenue.
Formula and assumptions
Profit · Total cost = Ad spend + Goods or services + Fulfilment + Transaction fees + Other campaign costs. Gross profit = Revenue − Goods or services − Fulfilment − Transaction fees. Net campaign profit = Revenue − Ad spend − Goods or services − Fulfilment − Transaction fees − Other campaign costs. ROAS = ratio(Revenue,Ad spend). ROI = ratio((Revenue − Ad spend − Goods or services − Fulfilment − Transaction fees − Other campaign costs) × 100,Ad spend + Goods or services + Fulfilment + Transaction fees + Other campaign costs). CPL = ratio(Ad spend,Lead count). CPA = ratio(Ad spend,Sales count). Lead-to-sale rate = ratio(Sales count × 100,Lead count). Revenue per sale = ratio(Revenue,Sales count). Profit per sale = ratio(Revenue − Ad spend − Goods or services − Fulfilment − Transaction fees − Other campaign costs,Sales count).
Gross profit deducts delivery, fulfilment and transaction costs. Optional counts unlock per-sale and per-lead metrics.

How to use this tool
Choose the relevant mode, enter Revenue and complete the labelled fields. Use Calculate to review your result.
Worked example
Revenue = 1000, Ad spend = 200, Goods or services = 300, Fulfilment = 50, Transaction fees = 20, Other campaign costs = 30, Lead count (optional) = 40, Sales count (optional) = 10.
Total cost = 600.00 currency units · Gross profit = 630.00 currency units · Net campaign profit = 400.00 currency units · ROAS = 5.00× · ROI = 66.67% · CPL = 5.00 currency units · CPA = 20.00 currency units · Lead-to-sale rate = 25.00% · Revenue per sale = 100.00 currency units · Profit per sale = 40.00 currency units.
These example values are illustrative.
Interpreting the result
Use net campaign profit for the spending decision and unit metrics to diagnose it. If profit falls while CPL stays stable, inspect conversion, order value and fulfilment.
Assumptions and limitations
Gross profit deducts delivery, fulfilment and transaction costs. Optional counts unlock per-sale and per-lead metrics.
Why are some per-sale metrics absent?
A positive sale count is required for meaningful per-sale metrics. Leaving it blank preserves the other calculations.
